Q: What insurance does Belvedere accept?
A: Belvedere Addictions Center accepts the following major insurances:

Q: Does Belvedere accept self-pay clients?
A: Yes. A sliding scale fee, based upon your income, is available.
Q: At what age can a participant begin treatment at the Belvedere?
A: Belvedere's programs accept adults ages 18 years and older.
Q: Where can I go to get a screening for a DWI charge?

Q: Does Belvedere offer in-patient treatment?

Q: Where do I go for methadone maintenance?

Q: Is Belvedere tobacco free?
A: Yes. There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere at Belvedere out-patient program or grounds.
